Project Architect

I am David Stoker, the owner of Stoker Associates. The firm is in Bel Air, Maryland, providing architectural services to clients in Maryland and Virginia.

Stoker Associates specializes in small to mid-size building projects for a full range of clients.

POSITION AVAILABLE:
We have an opening for a PROJECT ARCHITECT / JOB CAPTAIN to join our team.

The employment would be for a full-time or part-time, direct hire position with benefits

Employment Location: Bel Air, MD 21015

Some of your position characteristics, duties and tasks would include the following:

**Lead architectural project design job captain

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
**You need at least 2 years of work experience in an architect's office

** Architect license in Maryland is desired, but not required.

** You need to have a good working knowledge and ability to use Autocad software.

** You need to be able to work with others as a team leader and team member.

** You need a working knowledge of the governing codes in Maryland.

** You need to be able to prepare a set of drawings for a building permit.

COMPENSATION: $30,000-$70,000 depending on capabilities and experience
