Journeyman Electrician - Lead Role on Dealership Project | New Braunfels, TX

Location: New Braunfels, TX

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Pay: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for a lead position on a commercial dealership project in New Braunfels, TX. This is a hands-on role-not a foreman position-but one that will require overseeing a small crew of apprentices while staying actively involved in field work. This project may lead directly into the next phase or future jobs in the area.

Work Scope Includes:

• Performing final underground electrical work (if any remains)

• Pulling wire and making terminations

• Running conduit (EMT, PVC, etc.) throughout the structure

• Working on the shell of the building

• Leading a small team of apprentices and ensuring productivity and quality on site

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and layouts

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman License (Texas) preferred or equivalent experience

• Must have experience leading apprentices or crews on commercial jobs

• Strong knowledge of undergrounds, conduit installation, wire pulls, and layout

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
