Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Fabricator Procurement Specialist to work in our Hartland, WI, ICD office. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Job Description:
Generate subcontract fabrication RFQ packages for supplier bidding.
Review quotations, prepare bid tabulations, and provide recommendations for vendor selection.
Generate procurement requisitions, including scope of work, drawings, specifications, ITP, etc.
Manage subcontract manufacturing purchase orders of large high alloy vessels from the award of the contract, including, but not limited to, conducting kick-off meetings, reviewing weekly status reports, occasional in-person expediting, and occasional attendance at inspections, with the goal of meeting budget and schedules.
Coordinate between subcontractors and in-house project management, engineering, and quality control groups as necessary.
Maintain MIS reports for project budgets.
Ensure the department strives to maintain on-time deliveries as per purchase orders.
Approve supplier invoices and liaise with the finance group on accounts payable to critical vendors.
Interact with Financial, Commercial, and Logistics Departments for shipments, terms and conditions, etc.
May have to travel on company business to visit and review progress, expedite work, and develop new vendors or maintain relationships with existing vendors.
Interact with Project and Quality Managers, as well as Accounting and Engineering.
Other duties as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
Excellent computer skills (SAP, EXCEL, WORD, MS PROJECT, E-mail, and Cloud-based file sharing)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to travel domestically and internationally on company business to visit and review progress, expedite work, and develop new vendors or maintain relationships with existing vendors.
Ability to work flexible work hours to meet deadlines
Experience in global sourcing and logistics management

Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience working within an ASME fabrication shop or relevant similar experience
Two (2) Years of Experience in purchasing or relevant similar experience
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Purchasing, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or equivalent
Certifications in purchasing, negotiations, and supplier management are preferred but not required
Minimal overnight travel is required
