CNC Swiss Operator**
**Job Description**
The CNC Swiss Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC Star Swiss lathes to produce high-quality parts according to blueprint specifications. This position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret drawings, and an understanding of GD&T, with a commitment to safety and precision in a manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC Swiss machines with live tooling capabilities for high volume quantities.
+ Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, pin gages, bore gages, plug gages, and comparators.
+ Manually deburr parts during the machining process as required.
+ Make offsets to tooling under Fanuc controls.
+ Identify and resolve machining issues such as tool wear to maintain customer-required dimensions.
+ Accurately record production data, including quantities and quality inspections.
+ Follow all safety protocols and ensure the workspace is clean and organized.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
+ Familiarity with CNC Swiss machines and measuring equipment.
+ Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Ability to hold tolerances as tight as +/-.0002.
+ Must be able to operate up to two machines at a time.

+ Experience operating Swiss CNC machines.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
