Senior Project Manager/Estimator - Industrial Plumbing (Direct Hire) Location: Southeast Region Employer: Superior Skilled Trades Full-Time | Travel: ~10% | Salary DOE Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Senior Project Manager/Estimator for a direct hire role with a leading industrial plumbing contractor. This role will oversee large-scale industrial plumbing projects from bid to completion, including layout, installation, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of experience in the industrial plumbing sector with a strong background in estimating and managing crews on complex plumbing installations. Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle for industrial plumbing systems - planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout Lead estimating and bidding process including takeoffs, vendor coordination, and proposal development Supervise crews, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the main point of contact for updates and scope changes Collaborate with business development team to support company growth Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience managing industrial plumbing projects Strong estimating skills and field leadership experience Knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and large-scale industrial installs Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred PMP or Master Plumber License a plus Interested candidates should be ready to lead high-impact projects across the Southeast.
