Commercial Construction Superintendent in Deer Park,NY,US

Commercial Construction Superintendent Experience: Five years minimum ground-up construction. Ten years overall construction field experience. NYC DOB Super's License a plus Supervision of all construction aspects of major building projects. Supervise all aspects of excavation / shoring, foundation work, superstructure, masonry, carpentry, envelope, mechanical and interior / exterior finish work performed. Review plans and specifications to identify conflicts and suggest corrective action to avoid future change orders and work progress delays. Oversee and supervise the workflow and all trades on the jobsite. Coordinate all deliveries and work schedule on site to insure continuous workflow. Coordinate with Project Managers and Design Team.
