This is a hands-on position requiring general knowledge in carpentry, tiling, light plumbing, and electrical. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Perform light plumbing and minor electrical repairs

• Interior and exterior carpentry, drywall, tiling, and painting

• Work independently to complete scheduled residential service calls

• Communicate with office and field teams to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman, carpenter, or general maintenance technician

• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple trades

• Your own set of tools and a valid drivers license

• Strong communication skills and a clean, professional appearance
