Job Description:
Job Duties: Coordinate for external ASPICE assessments & prepare the team for same. Track actions from ASPICE assessments till closure. Gather feedback about the processes & improve processes (Update Process Repository). Plan & perform internal QA audits/assessments. Prepare & deploy regular QA Reports to Management to communicate the status of projects from QA point of view. Coordinate & Moderate Workgroups - to bring details of proposals to the Process Steering committee and, where needed, act in a leadership role of the team. Participate in the Process Steering Committee - an approval group to the ideas and proposals generated by the work groups). Support corporate processes by participating in interaction with other disciplines Develop QA work products. Participate in Release reviews. Review identified Work products. Mentor project teams in performing effective work product reviews. Coach project teams on process changes, template updates & new checklists/guidelines. Work with Engineering to refine process artifacts to improve quality of work-products and processes. Perform regular QA meetings with the project team to evaluate status and support in any escalations.
Education: Four Years of University or Post Secondary Academic Coursework. Foreign academic equivalence acceptable.
Experience: 24 months experience in the job offered, or related.
Required
Skills: Experience with Automotive SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination) standards, implementing and maintaining ASPICE-compliant processes, and conducting process assessments and audits to ensure compliance with ASPICE standards
