Automation Personnel Services is looking for Welders/fabricators for a company based in Tampa, FL . In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing manufacturer of custom-fabricated storefronts, sunshades, architectural metals, and building supplies.
Pay Rate
$2 2 .00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4: 00 pm.
Welder Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG , STICK and TIG welding on aluminum and steel components for storefronts, sunshades, and architectural metal products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate fabrication machinery, including shears, brakes, and saws, to cut and shape metal components.
• Assemble and weld components according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated products for accuracy, durability, and quality compliance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company and OSHA safety standards.

Welder Fabricator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of p roven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, especially with aluminum and steel.
• Must be able to pass the on-site welding skill test.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery (shears, brakes, saws, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials as required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in metal fabrication.
