Compensation

• Base hourly pay ranges, depending on experience
• Hybrid of hourly pay and commission on work
• Commission only pay, no hourly rate but the ceiling for earnings is higher
• Decision on pay structure is yours: hourly + commission, or pure commission

Requirements

• 3 years Plumbing experience
• Clean background and driving record
• Strong interpersonal skills in customer-facing settings
• Physically able to perform typical plumbing duties (lifting, climbing, bending, etc.)
