Roofers

Looking for roofers and/or roofing crews.
Must be able to communicate in English, have your own ropes, harnesses, tools, and transportation.
Experience in removing and installing shingles is mandatory. If you have experience with residential flat roofs and metal that is a plus.
We are currently starting up in a new construction development and safety equipment is mandatory. The houses are 40-50sq, underlayment and metal will already be installed prior to your arrival so they will only need shingles installed. the new construction pays $20 per sq and Residential reroofs pay $80 per sq. Our outside work is slow right now so most of the jobs will be in the new development until things pick back up.

If you dont like wearing your safety equipment and $20 per sq isnt enough for you then dont bother responding. PPE is required to work in this neighborhood termination and fines will be handed out if caught without while on roof. the price per sq on new construction isnt negotiable. That is all that can be paid out there.
