Automatic Gate System Laborer

We are hiring a full-time Automated Gate System Laborer in Stuart, FL to assist with the physical installation and site preparation of automated gate and security systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor position focused heavily on groundwork and construction prep perfect for someone whos reliable, physically capable, and eager to work in the field.
The role involves trenching, laying conduit, forming and pouring small concrete footers, and installing gate and camera posts in concrete. No experience in automation is required we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Perform trenching and underground conduit installation
Form and pour small concrete footers and pads
Set and install gate posts, bollards, and camera poles in concrete
Assist technicians with gate and access control system installations
Use power and hand tools safely and effectively
Follow directions, safety protocols, and company standards

Requirements:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be able to tow a trailer
Must be able to pass a background check
Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in all weather
Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle tools and materials
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Construction experience is a plus, especially with concrete or conduit
