Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician

• This is a consulting opportunity through Actalent, where you would be working onsite at a client location in Chicagos West Loop. The project is long-term and full-time, with an indefinite duration, offering stability within a consulting capacity.
• Repair and maintain complex electrical equipment, including automated machines, control panels, relays, circuit breakers, VFD's, 3 phase motors. Up to 480V.
• Install electrical equipment with minimal supervision, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues by replacing and repairing components and identifying/repairing defective control modules.
• Perform complex wiring assignments and install power, light, electronic, and control circuits.
• Provide technical assistance and mentorship to junior maintenance electricians.
• Conduct PLC troubleshooting, analyze system failures, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Shift: 1st.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
