Handyman / Grounds keeper $30 to $45 p/hr

A property Management grounds and building maintenance position responsible for the cultivation and care of the landscaping and grounds surrounding a building. General landscaping, maintenance to repair structures, and maintaining the inside and outside of buildings.

Requirements
-Are you Self-motivated and have strong work ethic?
-Are you a good communicator and team player?
-Do you have broad construction experience and mechanically inclined?
-Are you a problem solver/critical thinker
-Do you have Valid DL & Clean Background?
-Are you sending employer references with your first inquiry?
