Frame Foreman

Local construction company seeking a Foreman who has a background in residential Framing. Some of the job duties include running assigned jobsites, walking houses and meeting deadlines. Also, must monitor workers and assume responsibility for crews along with allocating tasks and assigning work.
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills and abilities:
-Must have +2 Frame Foreman years experience
-Knowledge working with Blueprints and Hardware & Lumber take-offs
-Knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules/regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
-Organizational and prioritization skills that can effectively and efficiently handle meetings, multi-tasking calls, emails and scheduling
-Osha 30
