Position:
Were hiring a Finish Carpenter with experience in both rough and finish carpentry. This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable working independently, reading blueprints, and taking a job from demo to detail.

Responsibilities include:

Demolition and prep work

Installing doors, windows, interior trim, and finish hardware

Assembling cabinets, built-ins, and stair components

Fitting and finishing woodwork to a clean, professional standard

Reading and interpreting plans and drawings

Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and quality expectations

Bonus if you have experience with:

Light plumbing or electrical (related to remodeling)

Cabinet installation

Water damage restoration

Requirements:

5+ years of carpentry experience

Must have all tools necessary for the job

Proficient with hand and power tools

Able to read blueprints and work from plans

Valid drivers license and reliable work truck

Must speak English and be comfortable communicating with clients and team

Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
