Grading Laborer - Cold Spring (Seasonal)

Hours per week: 40+

Salary Range: $22.00-$28.00

Job Summary:

This position is responsible to complete various laboring and small equipment operation tasks to produce quality asphalt or concrete paving, curb/gutter, flatwork projects. Preparing jobsites for sealcoating, crack fill, and/or concrete sawing along with preparing dirt to grade. May also operate skid steer, roller, tractor as needed.

Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

As a successful Laborer you will have:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and some Saturdays.
• Ability to hold and maintain a driver's license in accordance with all state regulations.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment/tools.
• Our crews work 50-65 hours per week, weather depending.
