General Laborers - Roofing Work at Military Base

We are seeking 4 reliable General Laborers to assist with roofing operations at NAS Patuxent River, a U.S. military base. This role is critical to supporting ongoing construction and maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with federal safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist roofing crews with material handling, including loading/unloading shingles, underlayment, and tools.
Prepare worksites by setting up scaffolding, removing debris, and covering sensitive areas.
Operate basic hand tools (hammers, nail guns, etc.) under supervision.
Follow strict safety protocols for working at heights and around military facilities.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet military base regulations.

Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship Mandatory (for base access clearance).

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and stand for extended periods.

No Experience Needed Training provided, but construction/roofing exposure is a plus.

Punctuality & Reliability: Must adhere to strict base entry schedules.

Security Compliance: Willingness to complete badge request forms and background checks.
