Senior Architecture Project Manager

Senior Project Manager- Architecture (Retail or Quick Service Restaurant)

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead architectural design and construction projects from concept through completion. You'll manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, from design through construction.
• Supervise, mentor, and support design team members.
• Review and finalize construction documents and technical drawings.
• Develop project budgets and manage cost estimates.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project plans and timelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.
• Conduct site surveys and field observations as needed.
• Oversee project documentation, contracts, and invoicing.
• Track project milestones, staffing needs, and financial performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and field observation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Architectural licensure.
• Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or restaurant projects.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of design techniques and tools for producing coordinated technical documents.
