Senior Project Manager- Architecture (Retail or Quick Service Restaurant)
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead architectural design and construction projects from concept through completion. You'll manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, from design through construction.
- Supervise, mentor, and support design team members.
- Review and finalize construction documents and technical drawings.
- Develop project budgets and manage cost estimates.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project plans and timelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.
- Conduct site surveys and field observations as needed.
- Oversee project documentation, contracts, and invoicing.
- Track project milestones, staffing needs, and financial performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural project management.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and field observation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline.
- Architectural licensure.
- Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, or restaurant projects.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of design techniques and tools for producing coordinated technical documents.
