Project Manager

Arita Poulson General Contracting, LLC, a locally owned and operated company, seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for the complete and successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. Acting as the company's representative, the PM works directly with owners, architects, engineers, vendors and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
* Enforce and uphold the companys Safety Program.
* Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
* Oversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.
* Coordinate and support project teams, subcontractors, and field supervision.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
* Resolve technical, contractual, and scheduling challenges promptly.
* Promote the financial success of each project and report to management.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
* 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and accounting practices.
* Strong knowledge of procurement, business procedures, contract law, and project controls.
* Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software (Procore, Sage 300, P6, etc.).
* Valid drivers license.
