**Your Key Responsibilities**
+ Stormwater management, drainage, and erosion & sediment control analysis and design tasks for projects and studies, including closed/open drainage systems, environmental site design, ponds, stream restoration, flood studies, and E&SC controls.
+ Provide technical assistance to the Land Development teams in areas of hydrologic, hydraulic, scour, and water quality design and analysis.
+ Independently manage and perform hydrologic and hydraulic design tasks, reports, and studies.
+ Assist in plan development and cost estimation.
+ Maintain adherence to project schedules and milestones.
+ Participate in field work as needed.
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
Required:
+ Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling experience including but not limited to TR-55, TR-20, PC-SWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, HydroCAD, or similar. Proficient using CAD programs including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe, and Bluebeam.
Preferred:
+ Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
+ Commitment to client satisfaction, as well as team and personal growth.
+ Professional, ethical, positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to challenges.

**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering from an accredited college or university.
+ Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
+ 1-5+ years experience in water resources design and analysis for Land/Civil Site Engineering.

**Pay Range:**
Locations in MN, VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 65,800.00 - Max Salary $ 92,100.00
Locations in CO, HI, IL, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 72,400.00 - Max Salary $ 101,300.00
**Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
