Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, masking, etc.) Apply paint using brush, roller, and spray equipment Mix and match paint colors and finishes as needed Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines Qualifications: Experience with brush, roll, and spray painting techniques Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation and punctuality Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various conditions Preferred: Prior experience in residential or commercial painting Familiarity with different types of coatings and finishes OSHA certification or other safety training Please apply to start our process immediately.
