Job Duties
Directly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
Electrical;
Responsible for inspections, repairs, replacements, new installation of electrical devices, components, wiring and raceways/conduits to meet NEC/JC/ CMS/NFPA Codes, Standards, and Guidelines as required to support the hospital's electrical maintenance and repair programs. May Conduct general maintenance work for the Carpentry, Plumbing, and Mechanical Shops by repairing and maintaining equipment/structure in a properly functioning/safe condition.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
Electrical experience at a journeyman's level of all commercial electrical techniques and codes.
Training certification for electrical trades or the appropriate level of the combination of work and training experience.
Additional Considerations
Journeyman Electrical Card.
