Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an Project Manager to support our project team in all phases of the project, from bidding and execution to closure. Depending on the project's size and complexity, the Assistant Project Manager may also lead the project.
Responsibilities
- Administer and track submittals, RFIs, issue logs, and other project management tools.
- Write and distribute meeting minutes for OAC/Subcontractor meetings.
- Create and process change orders for Owners and Subs after reviewing with the Project Manager.
- Ensure subcontractor submittals comply with contract documents and subcontract agreements.
- Assist the project team in all aspects of construction administration and coordination.
- Ensure and confirm that trade Scope of Work (SOW) is clear and accurate.
- Prepare documents for regular project team meetings.
- Oversee project close-out to ensure all obligations to clients are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized project files within the company network.
- Assist in estimating and preparing bid documents.
Essential Skills
- Experience with submittals, RFIs, and project tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Understanding of the construction lifecycle and scheduling meetings.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in project management and construction management.
- Experience in change order processes.
- Familiarity with construction administration and coordination.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
