Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Manage one project initially, expanding to multiple projects once proficiency is demonstrated.
  • Engage in private civil work with a project scope ranging from $500k to $20 million.
  • Coordinate heavy construction activities.
  • Review bid packages and proposals, awarding bids as necessary.
  • Handle RFIs and Change Orders.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors from early phases to project completion.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in public, education, and commercial design.
  • Technical expertise in all phases of design, documentation, detailing, and construction.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance**, paid group life insurance, and short term
and long-term disability. You will be eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance upon commencement of
employment, and the balance of the benefits after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.
Your PTO will accrue for the full calendar year as follows: 10 accrued vacation days, 5 accrued sick days, 2
accrued personal days, and nine (9) paid holidays. We offer flexible hours and a hybrid work setting after the
initial 90-day probationary period. SSP offers a voluntary 401(k) profit sharing plan as well as an employerfunded 3% safe harbor profit sharing plan; participation would begin after you have completed the plans
eligibility period of 1 year and 1,000 hours of employment.
Participation starts on the next available enrollment
date after the eligibility period.
