Technical Project Manager

NEED LOCAL TO TX / 15+ YEARS Role: Technical Project Manager with Java/React is mustLocation: Dallas, TX (Need Local) Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Java & React development to lead and manage software projects across the full lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership and communication skills to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning to deployment.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.Ensure technical feasibility and alignment of deliverables.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and manage resolutions.Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Monitor project progress and generate status reports.Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions (as needed). Technical Requirements:Strong background in Java / Java EE / Spring Boot development.Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and modern software architecture.Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.)PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
