Bridge Construction Estimator

We are seeking a Bridge Construction Estimator to take the lead on all bridge-related bids and proposals. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Bridge Construction Estimator position include: Minimum of 7 years of civil construction estimating experience, with at least 3 years focused on bridge projects (preferably TxDOT foot and car bridges) . Proficiency in HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel is required. Lead estimating for all bridge division projects and supervise one junior estimator. Interpret project plans, specifications, and compliance requirements (TxDOT, SBEDA, DBE). Perform detailed quantity take-offs and develop complete cost estimates for public infrastructure projects. Coordinate subcontractor bid packages and ensure scope coverage and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with division managers and project teams on bid strategy and constructability. Assist in refining internal SOPs and tools, contributing to continuous improvement in estimating processes. Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
