Home Roofer and Siding Tech/Handyman Needed - $$$/Square compensation: $$$/Square Home Roofer and Siding Tech/Handyman Needed - $$$/Square Looking for a well rounded Roofing and Siding person for our St. Louis properties. We have around 150 properties in the city and surrounding areas. Usual Work Includes: - Roof repair - Roof replacement (architectural shingles) - Siding repair and replacement - Fascia and soffit repair/replacement - Gutter repairs/replacement **MUST BE ABLE TO BUY OWN MATERIALS** **MUST HAVE ABILITY TO PULL PERMITS WITH CITY** It will not be full time work.
