Job Summary:

We are looking for two experienced Mechanical Engineers to review, verify, and stamp HVAC and plumbing drawings for an industrial/commercial project related to the buildout of a 15,000-square-foot facility. This effort is part of Phase 1 of a semiconductor Fab implementation project and will help set the foundation for future construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

HVAC/Plumbing Design & Stamping

Design and review HVAC and plumbing systems tailored for industrial/commercial facilities.

Stamp mechanical drawings and ensure all documentation complies with applicable Texas codes and standards.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and electrical teams to ensure seamless mechanical system integration.

Assist in defining system requirements based on Fab facility conditions (airflow, thermal loads, drainage).

Validate mechanical layouts for efficiency, feasibility, and code compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas preferred (or eligible to stamp)

Experience in HVAC and plumbing system design and code compliance

Previous work on commercial or industrial mechanical systems

Familiarity with ventilation strategies for Fab or cleanroom-adjacent infrastructure is a plus
