Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Construction Project Manager (Licensed GC) position include: Must have active General Contractor (GC) license in GA and/or LA, with willingness and ability to obtain licensing in additional states Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in the industrial or warehouse construction sector Proven track record in general contracting for warehouse fit-outs and automated environments Comfortable managing diverse project scopes, including robotics installations, fencing, and concrete demolition Strong knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite Capable of managing remote teams and traveling to job sites throughout the U.S. Preferred experience in e-commerce-related warehouse projects and fast-paced buildouts Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
