Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Glass Estimator position include: Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial glass industry, with knowledge of materials, door closers, and matching glass types Strong estimating experience; ability to bid jobs and assess broken doors, leaking windows, and glass repairs Must have Fall Protection and OSHA certifications; familiarity with swing stages and high-rise safety is essential Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check (no felonies); eligible for company vehicle insurance Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for estimating and job management Strong local network in the DFW commercial property and building management space preferred 75% fieldwork and 25% office time; must be comfortable managing on-site evaluations and service work Occasional project management and field supervision on jobs under $25,000; communicate effectively with service team members Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
