Eastern States Construction Service, Inc. (Eastern States), a family-owned business since 1953, is a Heavy/Highway and Site Development Construction Company specializing in public sewer, water, site development and heavy/highway construction projects with a roster of major public and private clients, including state and local governments, corporations, regional construction managers and private developers in the Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and New Jersey region.
We are currently seeking an experienced LOADER OPERATOR to join our highly skilled Construction team. The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of primarily front-end loader to move materials on construction job sites for various heavy/highway construction projects which will include loading, unloading, and transporting materials and supplies. The Loader Operator is responsible to perform routine daily inspection and maintenance to ensure that equipment is in safe, proper working order (including fluid checks and proper lubrication). They will also assist coworkers and supervisors in other tasks as needed.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have experience operating loader in heavy construction environment. They must have a strong work ethic and the ability to complete assigned tasks on time with high standards of quality. They must be dependable and a team player.
