Carpenter Site Foreman

Are you a skilled carpenter with a knack for leadership? We're looking for a Job Site Foreman / Lead Finish Carpenter to join our team!

In this dual-role, you'll be the on-site leader, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. You'll also showcase your craftsmanship by tackling complex finish carpentry tasks, from detailed trim work to custom installations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a small team of carpenters on the job site.

Manage project timelines and coordinate with subcontractors.

Perform high-quality finish carpentry, including cabinetry, millwork, and custom installations.

Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality specifications.

Read blueprints and provide accurate project takeoffs.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Experience using BuilderTrend or other construction management platforms

Prior experience managing subcontractors and material ordering

Familiarity with remodeling as well as new home construction

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong portfolio of finish carpentry work.

Prior experience in a leadership or foreman role.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
