Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that business, technical, environmental, operational, financial, and scheduling objectives are achieved for assigned projects. This role requires managing the complete project workflow, coordinating with multiple functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to optimize resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project workflow, ensuring all business, technical, environmental, operational, financial, and scheduling objectives are met.

  • Coordinate and execute interfaces between facility planning, regulatory, right-of-way, environmental, engineering, design, construction, operations, and marketing functions.

  • Oversee project meetings, monitor planned budgets, and track schedules to ensure timely delivery.

  • Optimize resource allocation by considering team expertise, workload, and budget constraints.

  • Facilitate the development of project budgets and lead the project review process.

  • Identify and implement best practices to improve project delivery and efficiency.

  • Maintain effective communication with project teams, sponsors, project control, facility owners, and operators.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, deliverables, and progress reports.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management.

  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills to define critical tasks, establish work sequences, and identify required resources.

  • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring deliverables.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide, direct, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in financial modeling to quantify costs/benefits and track project outcomes.

  • Knowledge of project management techniques, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
