Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to work as a team

Must be able to follow all safety rules

Must have good commutation skills with other team members

Basic math and English grammar skills

This position will require you to work overtime with little or no prior notice

Job Tasks:

Identifying defects on carpet to be repaired

Ability to run the roll-up at the inspection table

Must be able to continuously bend, twist, squat, and reach for duration of 8 to 12-hour shift

Must be able to stand for duration of 8 to 12 hours

Ability to lift 30 pounds

Must be able to reach and maintain a pre-determined production requirement

Must be able to perform minor adjustments on equipment as needed

Must maintain good housekeeping for the area

Ability to perform any other duties assigned by the leadership team.
