Welder - Helper

Alenac & Associates, a trusted name in aluminum fabrication, is seeking a reliable and motivated Welder Helper to join our team. Were located at 2180 S. Congress Ave. Unit A, Palm Springs, FL 33406, and pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and a safe, respectful work environment.

Position Details:
Title: Welder Helper
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Overtime: Occasional, as needed
Location: On-site at our fabrication facility in Palm Springs, FL

Key Responsibilities:
Assist welders in preparing materials and work areas
Move and position aluminum parts and materials
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and the workspace
Perform basic grinding and other prep work
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:
Punctuality and dependability
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic knowledge of tools and metalwork is a plus
Previous experience in a fabrication or construction setting is preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
