Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee all phases of our commercial drywall projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage drywall projects from bid award to closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administration
Coordinate with field superintendents, clients, and general contractor partners to ensure smooth execution
Track job costs, process change orders, and ensure profitability
Monitor quality and safety standards throughout each project
Lead regular progress meetings and provide clear project updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in commercial drywall or interior systems construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes, reading blueprints, and drywall scopes
Proficiency in project management software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
