Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation/modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria. Devises new solutions to problems encountered. Job may include other misc duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree in related field or 2-5 years relevant duties experience and 0-2 years relevant supervisory experience required, if applicable.
