The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, specifically in grading and possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled laborers and equipment operators to join our grading crew. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating equipment such as:
Scraper
Blade
Grade Tractor / Gannon
Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform grading and excavation tasks according to project specifications.
Assist with various labor tasks as needed, including shoveling, raking, and lifting.
Experience in grade checking is preferred.
Always follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a laborer or equipment operator in the paving and grading industry.
Proficiency in operating equipment.
Experience in grade checking is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Willingness to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
