Job Description Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders. Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget. Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Responsibilities

- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- 57 years of experience acting as an Owners Representative in construction or real estate projects.
- Project management and coordination.
- Construction document handling.
- Change order management.
- Estimation skills.
- Candidate can come from a subcontractor, general contractor, or owner background .
- Experience in managing planning, design, construction, and stakeholder coordination from an owner's perspective.
- Ability to sit onsite in Joliet.
