Job Overview:
As a Field Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations on residential window replacement projects. Youll oversee crews, coordinate materials and schedules, ensure quality installations, and serve as the key link between the office, crews, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support installation crews on multiple job sites
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer guidelines and company standards
Perform job site walkthroughs, quality checks, and final inspections
Coordinate daily schedules, materials, and logistics
Train new installers and reinforce safety procedures
Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Communicate with homeowners, crew leads, and project managers
Use mobile tools/apps to manage job progress and reports
What Were Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on experience in window installation or related residential construction
1+ years of crew leadership or field supervisory experience
Deep knowledge of installation techniques, flashing, sealing, etc.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for documentation and communication
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
High standards for quality and customer service
Familiarity with window brands like Andersen, Pella, Milgard, Simonton
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
