3+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent.

Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Suites, Primavera, Bluebeam)

Job Description:
The Project Superintendent is responsible to supervise the field construction of a project and completing the work on schedule, within the budget, and to the quality of workmanship specified. In the performance of this duty, it is the Project Superintendents responsibility to understand and deliver Oswood Construction Companys contractual obligations in a manner that is consistent with Oswoods corporate culture and core values.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of a construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and in accordance with local building codes.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Utilize construction management for project 2 week look ahead and tracking.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including change orders, RFIs, As-builts, work logs, and daily reports.
Short-term look ahead scheduling and coordination (Typically 2 weeks).
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The position is required to lift heavy objects, walk, stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls, or carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limbed coordination the position requires full mobility of the back arms and legs while performing this job. The employee must have excellent physical health.
