Skilled Structural Welder/Fabricator

Join Madden Industrial Craftsmen at our state-of-the-art fabrication shop in NW Portland, home of Madden Fabricationleaders in industrial, commercial, and residential metalwork. Were looking for a talented welder/fabricator whos ready to take on challenging projects and help us build something extraordinary.

*Pay: $30$33/hr (Weekly Pay)
*Shift: Monday- Thursdays 7:00 AM 5:30 PM ( 10 hour shift/4 day work week)
*This is a Temp to Perm Opportunity

What Youll Do
Weld with flux core dual shield and hardwire MIG for most projects
Use stainless MIG, TIG, and stick welding when needed
Fit and fabricate structural steel columns, beams, stairs, canopies, embeds, ladders, handrails, grab bars & more
Interpret blueprints and execute precise builds
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes

What You Bring
Proven fit-up & fabrication skills
Excellent wirefeed MIG skills + TIG welding experience
Ability to work independently & manage your own tasks
AWS D1.1 cert (preferred)
Experience with layout tools and tape measures
Drivers License, reliable transportation, and willingness to pass a drug screen
Must be clean-shaven for respirator fit test
