CDL Driver/Equipment Operator/Construction

Specialty contracting company seeing motivated individual with a Class A CDL who has experience/knowledge in operating mini-excavators, skid steers, and other construction machinery, as well as simple and complex construction tools. This candidate will be responsible for the transportation of heavy equipment, as well as assisting in other construction duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a CDL Class A license and a working knowledge of hydraulic power packs and drive head operations, as well as preventative maintenance for the equipment/vehicles/trailers, etc. The candidate MUST have a valid CDL license with a clean driving record - NO EXCEPTIONS!!
The work environment may often include inclement weather, working in confined spaces and standing for extended periods of time.
The candidate must be able to pass drug screening tests and be able to obtain necessary government clearances.
Other requirements, but not limited to:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Understand basic measurements in feet and inches
- Ability to listen and comprehend oral and written instructions accurately to learn the company's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment
