Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Part time Estimator with a solid background in construction cost estimation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing detailed quantity take-offs, reviewing drawings and specifications, and collaborating with project teams to ensure competitive and accurate bids.

Qualifications:

5 years of relevant construction estimating experience.

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam,) and MS Office.
