Skilled carpenter/builder

We are a custom home builder looking to hire a skilled and motivated individual with experience in all aspects of residential construction. Experience should include: framing, siding, window and door installation, interior and exterior trim including crown molding and staircase construction. A qualified candidate would be able to manage daily tasks on a job site, including maintaining a level of productivity and keeping an organized and clean site. Must have basic set of hand tools.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has run their own business and knows what it takes to keep things moving efficiently. Pay will be based on experience and performance.
