Concrete Form Carpenters & Laborers - Form, Prep and Pour

Residential contractor, specializing in high end residences and room additions seeking candidates with knowledge of concrete form, prep, and pour. Valid identification is a must.

Competitive pay rates based on experience.

Southwest Florida Construction, Inc. is a small, well established construction Company with a solid reputation. We have been in business over 40 years. We work primarily on residential (custom new homes and remodel/additions.) Varied work.

Work area: Tampa Bay with main focus on South Pinellas County.
Permanent position. Monday-Friday (Part and Full-time available)
Paid weekly.
6 paid holidays after 90 days.
PTO after 1 year.
Retirement plan with matching.

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation.
Physically capable to meet demands of job including lifting heavy objects/materials and working in the Florida climate.
