Production Worker**
**Job Description**
As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by pre-labeling bags and feeding them into the bagger system. You will be responsible for understanding the software of the bagger system and performing light maintenance when required. Your duties will include ensuring bags are properly sealed and weighing products to meet standards. Additionally, you may work with panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, or packaging.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pre-label bags and feed them into the bagger.
+ Understand and operate the bagger system software.
+ Perform light maintenance on machinery when necessary.
+ Ensure bags are properly sealed and product is weighed to meet standards.
+ Operate panning machines, extrusion lines, crunch lines, or packaging equipment.
+ Mix, batch, pan, and pack products.
+ Lift up to 50lbs as part of daily duties.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to pack, label, stack, move, assemble, mix, and blend products.
+ Experience with labeling, ensuring correct placement on boxes.
+ Proficiency in packing, measuring, and weighing products into pre-made boxes with liners.
+ Capability to mix and measure ingredients accurately.
+ Experience with machine operation and pallet jack usage.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferably at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience being ideal.
+ Mechanical aptitude is essential.
+ Experience in packing, palletizing, visual inspection, machine operation, and blending.
+ Demonstrated drive to advance within the company.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
