Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you'll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to lead civil engineering work with confidence and care. You'll be part of a team that builds and maintains the infrastructure behind telecoms. That means working on the ground, managing teams, and making sure every job is done safely, on time, and to a high standard.
This role is all about action. You'll take charge of civil works such as excavation, reinstatement, ducting, and site preparation. You'll work closely with field teams, contractors, and clients. You'll solve problems, keep projects moving, and make sure everyone knows what's happening and why.
You'll be based in the UK and will travel to sites as needed. You'll manage budgets, timelines, and people. You'll make decisions quickly and clearly. You'll keep records up to date and make sure health and safety rules are followed at every step.
We want someone who's worked in civils before. You'll understand how to manage teams and how to keep a site running smoothly. You'll be confident using digital tools to track progress and report back. You'll be someone who takes pride in doing things properly.

You've worked in telecoms or a similar field. You know how civil engineering fits into the bigger picture. You understand how your work supports wider network builds and upgrades. You're used to working in a fast-moving environment and you know how to stay calm under pressure.
