Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to oversee elements of a multiyear construction effort at Holston Army Ammunition Plant .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for creating Bill of Materials,
  • Coordinate vendor submittals and RFIs
  • Coordinate construction sequencing
  • Coordination with other affected trades
  • Coordinating delivery and storage of materials
  • Confirming delivery of items meets requirements
  • Manage subcontractors within their discipline during construction
  • Take part in weekly coordination meetings
  • Participate in development of construction submittals
  • Participate in the Construction Quality management process

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering
  • Entry Level Industrial construction experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and specifications
  • Familiar with Process Chemical Plants

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Preferred degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical engineering
  • Familiar with EM-385-1-1
  • Familiar USACE CQM-C
  • 1-5 years direct construction experience
  • Ability to Obtain a PE License in state of TN
  • Experience with 3D modeling software
